Our Programs

Three programs. One honest quote.

We don't publish rate cards — every property is measured and quoted individually, free. Here's how our three programs work and what shapes your quote.

  • The right program in a five-minute call
  • Everything in writing before the season
Three Programs

Pick the program that matches your risk appetite.

There's no single "right" price structure — there's the right one for your property and cash flow. We'll recommend one honestly, even when it's the cheaper option for you.

Program How It Works Best For Trade-Off
Per Occurrence One flat rate per storm, no matter how many visits it takes to keep you clear. Billed per event, no season-long commitment. Smaller sites and budget-flexible properties. Cheap in a mild winter, adds up in a heavy one. Costs track snowfall exactly.
Seasonal One fixed price for the entire winter, November through March. Unlimited qualifying service, pre-treatment included. Businesses that want a known, budgetable line item. Total cost certainty. In a light winter you pay for peace of mind; in a heavy one, you win big.
Zero-Tolerance Continuous storm coverage — plows, sidewalk crews and de-icing cycling throughout every event so pavement stays clear at all times. Medical, senior living, 24-hour operations. The premium program — priced for properties where a slip or a closure costs far more than the service.
Transparent Math

What actually drives your quote.

When you get a quote from us, this is what we measured. No mystery line items, no fuel surcharges invented in February.

Surface Area

Square footage of pavement, walks and steps — the single biggest factor in time and material.

Service Trigger

A 1″ trigger means more visits per winter than a 2″ trigger. Zero-tolerance means continuous coverage.

Site Complexity

Islands, tight lanes, hills, gravel edges, where snow can be stacked — complexity adds minutes, minutes add cost.

Ice Program

Pre-treatment and de-icing scope: which surfaces, which materials, and how often we return to re-treat.

The honest advice most companies won't give you

If your winter budget can't absorb a bad February, choose Seasonal. If you can ride out variance and want the lowest expected cost, choose Per Occurrence. Either way, sign before November — early-bird contracts get priority route placement, and late-season signups pay peak rates when routes are nearly full.

Every Program Includes

The Strickland standard, in every program.

24/7 Monitoring

Storm desk coverage all season. You never place a service call.

Photo Proof

Time-stamped documentation after every single visit.

Full Insurance

Licensed, bonded and insured, with COIs delivered on request.
